H33-74Chain-Portable Evidence
For General Counsels

"Producing operational evidence years after the system that produced it was replaced."

Original post-quantum-signed proofs verified directly without operator infrastructure.

Related · tier-1 reading. For what a portable artifact actually is, see Portable Artifact.

01

Litigation evidence with cryptographic integrity from creation

Authorization chains, approval decisions, and policy applications are bound to the moment they occurred. Discovery answers stop depending on the system being there.

02

Regulator inquiry response with original proofs

Years after the events, the original PQ-signed proofs are produced. The regulator verifies them directly. No reconstruction from operator memory.

03

D&O risk reduction through verifiable governance

Board decisions, committee actions, signing authority chains all produce cryptographically verifiable evidence. Each governance act is independently audit-grade.

04

Evidence longevity through the quantum transition

PQ signatures survive Q-Day. Evidence produced today remains verifiable after quantum-capable adversaries exist.

H33-74 · Post-Quantum Evidence

H33-74 in brief — for the General Counsel

H33-74 is the portable 74-byte post-quantum evidence primitive — a 32-byte on-chain commitment plus a 42-byte off-chain receipt, signed under three independent NIST post-quantum signature families (ML-DSA, FALCON, SLH-DSA) — that produces and anchors a self-contained proof bound to the moment an act occurred. For a General Counsel it strengthens the authenticity and integrity foundation of operational evidence, so proofs can be produced and independently verified years later without the original system.

What it is not. H33-74 is the evidence primitive, not legal advice and not a ruling. It does not guarantee admissibility — that is a court's determination; it supplies the authenticity and integrity foundation a party presents. It is also not monitoring (HATS), not the verdict (Verification), and not governance (Agent-008).

Why does a General Counsel care?

Discovery and regulator responses stop depending on the producing system. Original PQ-signed proofs are produced years later and verified directly, strengthening the record behind litigation and D&O exposure.

How is it different from a signed log or notary?

Those depend on a custodian or provider remaining intact and trusted. An H33-74 proof is self-contained and checked by an independent open verifier offline — authenticity does not rest on any single custodian being available at trial.

What proves it?

Every proof resolves to a reproducible artifact — wire format at /schemas/h33-74/, behavior at /benchmarks/ — so an opposing party can recompute and verify the same proof.

Will proofs stay verifiable long-term?

They are designed to. Three independent post-quantum families on different hardness assumptions keep a proof unforgeable even if one family is later broken, supporting long retention horizons.
