This is Digital SCIF onboarding. It uses primitives owned elsewhere: your biometric is matched under FHE without ever decrypting server-side, your post-quantum keys are held as references by H33-Key, and each enrollment produces H33-74 evidence.
Your phone number anchors your identity. Even if someone steals it via SIM swap, they still can't unlock — they don't have your face on this device.
Your device's Face ID or fingerprint sensor creates a cryptographic credential bound to this hardware. The biometric never leaves your device — we only receive a public key.
Your recovery key is split across your trusted devices using post-quantum encryption. No words to write down. No paper to photograph.
