H33.ai, Inc. announced HICS (H33 Independent Code Scoring), a free software quality scoring tool that produces cryptographically verifiable results using STARK zero-knowledge proofs and Dilithium post-quantum digital signatures.
HICS evaluates codebases across five weighted dimensions producing a score from 0 to 100. The scoring formula is open source. The CLI makes zero network calls. H33 scored itself first — 70 to 100 in 24 hours.
H33 ran its own HICS algorithm against its own codebase. We scored a 70. Then we fixed every finding, rebuilt the scanners, and hit 100. The code changed. The formula didn't.
