What this is. A hosted interface over H33's authenticated API. Every command below resolves
against a real endpoint; when a capability is not reachable or your account is not entitled to it, this
terminal says so instead of reporting a result it does not have.
Identity is not client-claimed. Who you are is established by Auth1 through an httpOnly
session, never by anything typed here. Entitlements determine what is offered.
What this page cannot do. It submits commands and displays what the API returned. It does not
authorize a consequence, approve a request, execute a governed operation, promote an artifact, grant an
entitlement, establish an identity, or issue a credential. Those decisions are made by H33, server-side, and
this page can only report them.
