What billing cycles are available?
All products support monthly and annual billing. Annual billing includes a discount (typically 2 months free). FraudShield tiers are priced annually by default due to consortium membership commitments. Enterprise agreements support custom billing schedules.
Are there enterprise volume discounts?
Yes. Customers purchasing two or more H33 products receive a 10-15% bundle discount. Enterprise agreements with annual commit of $250K+ qualify for additional volume pricing. Contact sales for a custom quote.
Is there a free trial?
VaultKey Developer and QuantumVault Discovery are free forever—no trial period, no credit card required. For paid products, we offer a 14-day evaluation period with full feature access. AI Compliance and FraudShield include a guided proof-of-concept with your data.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We never cut off service. Overages are billed at published per-unit rates (shown on each pricing card). You receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your quota. Enterprise customers can set hard caps or automatic tier upgrades.
Can I switch products or tiers mid-contract?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual contracts can be upgraded at any time; early termination fees apply for downgrades.
What compliance certifications does H33 hold?
SOC 2 Type II observation period initiated. HIPAA BAA available for MedVault at all tiers. GLBA opinion letter included with FraudShield. GDPR DPA available. FIPS 140-3 certification in progress for VaultKey Enterprise. PCI DSS scope documentation provided on request.
How does post-quantum security affect pricing?
It does not. Post-quantum cryptography (CRYSTALS-Kyber, CRYSTALS-Dilithium, ZK-STARKs) is included in every tier at no additional cost. We believe quantum-resistant security should not be a premium feature.
Do you offer a BAA for MedVault?
Yes. Every MedVault tier includes a signed Business Associate Agreement. Our BAA covers all PHI processed through the FHE pipeline, encrypted search, and audit logging. Custom BAA terms available for Enterprise.
